"It was everything that we wanted and a beautiful and comfortable place."

The location is in a very good area and we loved our stay. The owner of the place were very friendly and accommodated. We cannot stop speaking about the beautiful place and we will surely make use of them again.

Made a booking on bookings.com at around 13h00. As I'm traveling a lot, I got to groblersdal at night. I called to arrange key pick up, and I was told there is no more space left. (Double booking was made) I need to go to another guesthouse. The Cosy Corner. All fine, got to the place, what a horrid experience!!! Room had a single bed, I am 2m tall and dont fit on a single bed. The room was full of mosquitoes, no repellent in sight, got to shower, and everything was dirty. No hot water(was later sorted) towels were really dirty, but like it wasn't washed in a long time. I really can't say I enjoyed ANYTHING from my experience. After my stay, I contacted the owner and tried to explain the situation. She sounded very nice and understanding and told me she didn't know the cosy corner was this bad. She then told me my next stay at Ebenezer would be free of charge and that she would ensure I get a full refund. Even asked for my banking details. That didn't happen as well.
