Lovely new city apartment all amenities

Severely inconvenienced by the inadequate instructions of check-in (almost got locked out!), and having to deal with the uncleanliness of the apartment facilities, appliances & some toiletries (cleaned and added a few items myself). Would have been nice if the host had cleaned and replaced these items themself, but the host never did. Will not be booking here again after such an experience. _____________________ Response to host - Moi! Maybe you can not see all of the photos? Booking.com is having technical issues, but I have uploaded 9 photos in total showing this poor upkeep at your apartment that you expect guests to pay for and feel comfortable amongst. Poor Instructions - you expected me to find one coloured vehicle amongst how many hundreds of same vehicle type, not showing in photos where this specific vehicle was parked even, and amongst 5? apartment blocks of the same design with no numbers shown on these apartments from where I was expected(positioned) to find them. If guests were given the exact same instructions, then I feel sorry for some that most likely they went on a 'treasure hunt' as I had to, in my case, with heavy load after a very long distance trip! I had to phone you around 3 times! insisting that you give clearer instructions, which you struggled to do properly, taking a very long time, even going silent. Had I not phoned back those 3 times I would have been locked out! You even shouted at me on the phone, that I had to tell you off before you calmed down, disgraceful! The other issues concerning poor hygiene/upkeep of the apartment and appliances, etc, still remained during my stay, despite my notifying you and texting you how you could easily remedy the above issues. So those were definitely not resolved. Had you done so, then you would have received a higher rating. "I warmly recommend"..you to not take money for accommodation from guests like a Hotel, if you falsely advertise and struggle with your own upkeep.

Great place. I only stayed for the weekend but this would be a super comfortable place long term as well, very homey. Very good bed to sleep in. I’m very particular about cleanliness and my criteria was met!

A super tiny thing but the water pressure in the shower was not the best, however not terrible either.

The location is just perfect. Close to the shops, railway station and the city center. You can get anywhere you want within minutes. The apartment is modern and comfortable, it includes all the necessary accessories to have a pleasant stay. The ratio of price to amenities is adequate.

The only inconvenience was a broken TV. The problem was quickly solved after contacting the owner.
