Red Door Cottage

If I could give this property more than a 10 I would. From the host Quinton, to the expertly decorated, completely equipped and roomy and comfy unit to the friendly dog Holly, everything was perfect. Well done, Quinton and Wayne, for creating such an inviting place.

The drive up is a little tight but take your time and you will have no problem.

Wonderful hosts and a well-equipped cottage with considered decor and numerous thoughtful touches.

Red Door Cottage exceeded our expectations. Quinton made us feel welcome and at home from the first cellphone contact we had with him. The cottage is beautifully decorated with quality fittings, furnishings and linen. It is well equipped with everything one needs . It has a lovely sunny bedroom and patio with a peaceful ambience. Several extras were provided which were much appreciated.

There was absolutely nothing negative.

There was nothing not to like. We appreciated the many personal touches and care that was taken in creating this special place. We felt welcome and secure and loved the peaceful private setting. We are not spring chickens and are seasoned travellers. This is simply the best experience we have had bar none.

Coming to the end of our time at the Red Door.

We liked everything about the property. Quintin is an excellent host and made us feel welcome from the first moment. Small touches like chocolate on the bed stand and a bottle of wine in the fridge elevated an already excellent stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the decor beautiful and the bed comfortable. Well located and central.

The location is perfect for a peaceful breakaway without being too far from any amenities.

We loved our stay at red door cottage. It is in the perfect location to explore all Wilderness has to offer. Quinton (the host) was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The decor inside is beautiful with the bonus of a patio to soak up the views. We wished we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful tranquil setting with a lovely homely feel. Quentin is a Super host and very welcoming. Absolutely fabulous stay would highly recommend.
