lovely property. very spacious and clean.

Property was in ideal position for us, we had off road parking right next to the entrance, 3 double rooms and perfect kitchen and living space for three of us. Good value for money also

Main bathroom shower was not so good, couldn't adjust shower head to where you need it ! But this is very minor point and would not stop me using again

The location and off street parking were excellent. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Nice bright lining room, spacious bedrooms.

The apartment was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No hot water in bathroom with tub. Did not have same issue with the shower.

Spotlessly clean. It had aĺl the facilities we needed. We had a problem with the heating and the on call person came straight away and fixed our problem. He was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

En-suite toilet and shower were a bit noisy

Lovely apartment. Parking right behind. Quiet location. Easy walk to M&S food and the main attractions of the town. Roomy. We thought we had an issue with the door to the balcony (though this turned out not to be the case) and agents response was excellent and really speedy.

One toilet seat was broken and had to be lifted off to be safe to use the toilet. Second floor - though not too bad getting upstairs.

The apartment is clean and modern. The location was good for the price. We had heating issues the first night (Easter Sunday), but they messaged with us and were there early the next morning. Excellent service!

I didn't catch that the apartment was on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Luckily, we're all capable but some people may not be. Also, the hall bathroom shower has such amazing water pressure it can actually be a problem. There should be instructions to start with as little water as possible.
