Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped - even with some games that we really enjoyed playing with the whole family! The apartment is at the ground floor and the parking spot is right in front, making it very convenient to carry the luggage in and out.

On the positive side, the house was exceptionally clean, which we greatly appreciated. It also had most of the appliances we needed, making our stay quite convenient. The location of the apartment is amazing and a parking spot in front of the house was very useful.

Check out is at 10 am. It is really early to be leaving the accommodation. You have almost no time on the last day. The bed was not very comfortable and it was quite small, which affected our sleep quality. There were not many towels provided, which was a bit inconvenient. We were also not informed beforehand that there wouldn't be any cleaning products available to maintain the apartment during our stay, nor were there any shampoos or similar toiletries provided. Regardless, we would stay at this location if we ever visit Winterberg again.

The apartment is very close to both the ski area and the town centre. We had a very comfortable stay in Winterberg. I would come again to this apartment.

Equipped with probably everything you need Location is very good, if you came on place by car, you can easily park it on free parking space and walk by town since everything what you need is nearby.

Lack of airdrop on both TVs All the devices are on German language

The bed mattress is very hard for our likking.
