2 Middlecombe - Luxury Apartment at Byron Woolacombe, only 4 minute walk to Woolacombe Beach!

Great facilities, comfortable apartment, lovely welcome pack. The location was excellent with loads of places to visit in the evening. Onsite parking and charging facilities are good and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The sound proofing. The walls and bedroom windows aren't sound insulated very well so you can hear other rooms/ apartments/ doors/ the lift (which the apt is next to) etc. Not a major problem for us but along with the early morning seagull chorus and the lack of blackout curtains, it meant any chance of a lie in was slim.

Location was great - so close to the beach. Staff in reception so very helpful & really enjoyed having access to the pool, gym & sauna. Apartment very clean & tidy with good kitchen utensils. Welcome pack was a really lovely gesture. Warm & cosy. Excellent tv package with Netflix, iPlayer etc. Very nice modern bathrooms. Parking.

Apartment probably not big enough for 4 adults but great for family of 2 adults & 1 or 2 children.

The Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Very close to the town centre and the beach. The car park was easily accessible and convenient

Location excellent, Lovely friendly staff, swimming pool was good. Welcome Basket was exceptional a lot of thought had gone into it, much appreciated. Plenty of restaurants chouse from, Recommend :- The tides (went twice). Red barn (great fish and chips). Woolacombe bay hotel Bistro superb !! , went twice, staff amazing, food exceptional. Went for wife's birthday Highley recommended. Chinese takeaway Good fortune Braunton. Good meal but road closure was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Go georgeham croyde route, Do not do a we did 6 miles down country tracks.

Car parking was tight. I have a Jaguar XK Sportbrake which is wide and long. Glad I had my wife to guide me. Came back one time and a Range Rover was parked next us barely enough room to get in, I'm thine and would have had difficulty getting in the car having the transmission would have made it fun. Also as you go out their a a car space which was occupied you had to do substantial manoeuvres to turn. On the positive side we saved a absolute fortune on parking!! Everything was in easy reach.

Great location. Apartment was done out lovely. Facilities were a bonus. Would stay again.

Would have loved better sign posting for the apartment blocks in the car park (we were wondering round for a bit!) Pool was a bit on the cold side for our little one. But these are nit-picking, we were really pleased with everything
