Perfect Location - we arrived on train and everything was in walking distance Immaculately clean Had all the necessities (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dinnerware, washing machine, hairdryer and so on) A nice welcome hamper with cereal, biscuits, crisps etc Had heating for cold weather and fans for hot weather Beautiful view - watch the waves and sun setting from the living room window Overall comfy and welcoming

Great apartment, clean and modern with everything you'd need

There are works going on immediately outside the window which completely obscured the view of the sea and pier. As much as the apartment was great, it was booked for a sea view and we felt we should have been made aware of the obstruction and given the opportunity to choose to continue with the booking or move. Will say it didnt meet expectations on that basis, but the inside was superb. We appreciate the works may not be in the control of the owners, but those booking this specific apartment (1) should be told.

"We enjoyed our break in Aberystwyth"

The apartment was large and comfortable. Heated. Plenty of space. Snack basket provided + bottle of wine. Nicely Decorated, relaxing. Plenty of storage space. Plenty of lights to choose from in the living room. Great location. Plenty to explore. Plenty of crockery, glasses, utensils, pots, pans provided. Lucky with the weather 🌞

The front door on the outside to street looks shabby. The inside looks so much better. Major building works in Aberystwyth spoilt our view overlooking the sea. eg we had diggers parked out the front window. The Large front window needs cleaning. Looked dirty over time. We had no milk which was supposed to be part of the welcome pack. Parking was difficult due to building works and the popularity with visitors. Half of the usual parking availability had been restricted along the promenade. The toilet brush needs replacing. (Filthy)

Excellent Very well equipped and great welcome pack Lots of unexpected extras Great location Would recommend and use again

Only fault for us was mattress was too soft,but obviously that’s just a personal preference
