Location is ideal Walking distance of all local facilities - shops, restaurants, cafes, train station & buses. Wide view of the seafront, from the pier to constitution Hill. Great layout and all household items you could possibly need. The rooms are a lovely size and plenty of space in the living area too. We had 6 people staying, friends meeting up together and it worked well. We hope to book again

Nothing Warning to others - seagulls may wake you but you get a glorious sea view. Car parking - check the restrictions of where you park. There are plenty of options a short walk away. There is no lift & flat 7 is the top floor, it will warm your thighs!

Location was great. A lovely Courtyard was such an unexpected addition to the stay.

There were things missing in our welcome hamper like milk. I would have really liked some decent instant coffee sachets and little shower gels. Putting the heating on was a struggle. We had to make the bedding for our kids sofa bed which we felt could have been made and left for us. I was really surprised at the mould on the bathroom floor with cracks and mould all over the skirting.

Excellent location, property was very clean and very comfortable.
