Mettre un ascenseur, car la chambre se situait au 2e étage. Il y en a même 3 le balcon est tout petit Il y a des portails partout, toujours fermés. La porte idem. C'est une paranoïa qu'il n'existe pas dans les autres établissements.

Great and clean apartment with perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and apartment for what we need. There were private sunbeds on the beach for use. The staff was nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage and use the area until we left. The staff helped with booking taxi, and we didn't experience that the price was higher if we booked through them. This place can really be recommended

Идеальное место для отдыха. Чисто, уютно, персонал всегда на территории. Рядом вся инфраструктура . Пляж прямо за дверьми виллы. Вернемся обязательно именно в это место

Fabulous location right on the beach and close to small shops and beach restaurants Great staff. Northing was too much trouble and Sharanza was really very helpful from pre arrival to post departure. Our apartment was large and airy and comfortable.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and bright, making it a pleasant place to be. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and closets for storage, it also has blackout curtain. The bathroom has a large shower and a spacious sink. There was no water supply interruptions. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, including an easy-to-use stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine (which we didn't use because we don't drink coffee). The living room has a TV (which we didn't watch) and a comfortable sofa and armchair. There's a balcony offering a magnificent mountain view, where you can relax at the table and dry your clothes on the drying rack. Most importantly, there's no insects, which are common in hotels in tropical countries. Location is perfect: a few steps away from the beach, restaurants are very close, and supermarkets are 5-10 min by foot. The hotel has its own sun beds and beach towels. The path to the beach lies through a beautiful inner garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has no elevator, so it can be hard with luggage. But since it’s just once you have to bring your luggage up and down, it’s not a big problem. Moreover, a guy working there helped us bring down our luggage. If you have a stroller, you can keep it downstairs.

Superb location on Beau Vallon beach, with a private garden area and only a few steps away fom the beach. The apartment was spacious with a large open plan living area that was beautifully accessorised to give a feeling of individuality, but the real winner was the patio doors onto a covered terrace area with comfortable (& stylish) patio furniture with a lovely view of the garden and the sea through the bushes. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine and even a teapot for my morning cuppa. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows - we slept very well. Beach towles were also provided. The apartment was regularly cleaned. Vicky the host and owner was extremely welcoming and with all the staff. could not have been more helpful and accommodating.We loved our stay there and were very sad to leave, though no doubt would happily return in the future. I would highly recommend this apartment. Beau Vallon is a beautiful beach with bars and restaurants, but it is not over developed.

It was a struggle to get hot water at times, but this did not impact on our stay.

Good location.

Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, we noticed that there was a cheaper room available and politely asked if we could switch to it. Even though it was empty, the host refused without any flexibility or willingness to accommodate our request. During our stay, we were concerned about cleanliness. One night, we saw a cockroach in the common areas, which was very unpleasant and made us uncomfortable. Later, when we asked the host if she could help us book a taxi, she told us to go across the street to other apartments and ask them to arrange it instead. We found this response dismissive and unhelpful. Finally, on checkout day, we asked if we could leave our luggage for just one hour since we had a later departure. There was clearly plenty of space, but the host refused. Overall, the host was unfriendly and unaccommodating, and the lack of flexibility and cleanliness made our stay quite unpleasant. We would not recommend this place.
