Spacious 2 Bed APT sleeps 4 near Bournemouth Beach

Very reasonably priced. Staff super helpful and prompt. Very suitable for our needs.

Only had a clothes steamer and not an iron. Nothing to cry about.

In fairness, the location and sitting room were good but the negatives far outweigh the positives (see pix which speak for themselves).

Poor response from owner to simple query and to issues. We flagged up obvious issues on arrival and offered to send photos (3 times) which the owner declined. Oven and some utensils were absolutely filthy; oven looked like it had months of grime, blackened oven trays with food stuck on - some pix should be uploaded here, once Booking.com publish them - important to see. The owners tried to blame the cleaner but this was more than a cleaner issue. We said that we would eat out that evening and didn't make a fuss as we were concerned about the deposit, especially as items on their inventory were missing or broken (not by us) and carpet and furniture was stained (not a problem for us apart from concern re deposit). Bedsheets stained (did not look clean though pic taken in poor light) - this was a problem, 'sofa bed' incredibly uncomfortable - hard wooden slats with little cushioning resulted in poor sleep. Hairs in bath plug, hairs attached to saucepans, food stuck on kitchen utensils and oven glove, grease splashes on pan lids - we left as soon as we could. I've used Booking.com for approx 10 years and never before complained but feel I must this time, as guests should not be treated with such disdain and disrespect. In response to your response below: you should not make things up - it appears you have adopted 'attack as the best form of defence' - this is inflammatory and potentially libellous and I'll ask for evidence, which I know you cannot provide as it doesn't exist. I'll contact Booking.com and will only deal with this matter via the official channels now, particularly as you choose to remain anonymous.

The house is not bad, close to the bus stop.

Cleaning should definitely be better. Even though the house is not dirty in general, corners and edges are not clean and everything is in general seems to be lacking care. There was no liquid soap in the toilet. We informed the host, they said sorry but they did not provide one .

The Location was good, with all amenities available as per losted in the advertisement. Host was very helpful had a conversation with them and sorted out the things easily.

The bed length is small for a person with 6Ft Height. Was a bit difficult to get adjusted at night on the beds. Host had kept Tea and sugar for the guests, including coffee aswell would be helpful.

Easy access to the property, good communication as needed from the host. Great location for us, close to family in the area. For a short stay this place was good.

not very clean. uncomfortable sagging bed. flooded shower and bathroom .
