Apartment Bournemouth centre close to beach

Clean, comfortable studio flat in the centre of Bournemouth.

Very nice

Location was excellent and house was clean

It would be nicer to have white bedding or a brighter colour.

Easy solo check in and good comms with host

Could be a little cheaper price wise but is also central town so only a minor complaint

Location was good and the parking is always a bonus in the UK.

To many "Rules" take your shoes off, wash up and empty the bins before you leave (even though you are charged £40 for a cleaning fee) don't change the heating settings, dont change the dehumidifier settings, it was like a label fest in there which detracts from the experience. Also, deposit payment which they can keep if you break the noise after 11pm rule etc etc which all seem to be normal in these home lets nowadays but it isnt something they tell you until you have booked and then ask you to cancel your non refunable booking if you dont agree. It was a nice flat, but it isn't an appartment and its really not luxury. Its a studio with a fold out bed, again, people use the word Luxury far too easilly nowadays. In summary, it was a very nice studio flat in a good area. Too many rules and certainly not a Luxury Appartment.
