Fantastic apartment! Expensive, but you do get one the best view of Lake Como and we certainly enjoyed the pool as well.

Unfortunately the air conditioning filters were completely blocked with dust so we didn't dare to use them in the bedrooms and the one in the living room stopped working after a few minutes being on. It wasn't a deal breaker but because there were soo many mosquitoes at night we couldn't just keep the balcony doors open which means it became very warm inside. We mentioned the issue to the company that manages the property and they said the problem would be addressed but unfortunately not during our stay, since we booked only 3 days. So, for future reference, if you're planing to stay there, check the air-conditioning filters straight away. The place is a dream and is definitely worth it! One more thing I need to add is that you would expect a property of this price range to have proper drink glasses. Drinking a delicious Proseco in plastic champagne glasses is an anti climax. So, guys, spend 30 or 40 euros and buy some nice glasses for your guests.

The view of the apartment was very beautiful. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Elevator was not working despite repeated messages to the staff to have it fixed. No Nespresso Capsules included. There were a few bugs and ants in the place also
