"Excellent"

Der Meerblick vom großen Balkon war traumhaft. Die Lage (5 Min zu Fuß zu einem tollen Strand) war ebenfalls super. Supermarkt und Restaurants waren auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche boten genug Stauraum und der zur Unterkunft gehörende Parkplatz bot genügend Platz für alle Pkw der Gäste. Der kleine Fitnessraum im Erdgeschoss ist auch ein tolles Angebot. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert über WhatsApp und sehr nett.

Im Bad hätten wir uns über ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher gefreut. Obwohl das Bad relativ neu schien, könnten einige Fugen ein Freshup gebrauchen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas üppiger sein: Für vier Personen gab es nur genau vier Gläser.

"Excelente hospedagem para ficar em Maiorca."

Excelente localização tem praia próxima, ótimo restaurantes próximos, supermercado próximo. Tem estacionamento privativo e seguro. Excelente varanda ventilada.

O banheiro molha toda se vc não tem cuidado a agua inunda o apartamento, o box de contenção precisa ser melhorado. No ultimo dia avistamos uma barata no teto, ela veio de fora, recomendamos a detetização.

No pool Had to be charged Eco tax No air con in the rooms- fans available but at some point they were blowing hot air Shower landing was flat so when showering the water was coming to the entire bathroom and to living room.
