Stefan's City Loft

Wonderful place overall. Even though it was outside the old town of Chania, we had a good view of the sea and a view of a substantial portion of the old Venetian wall. It being on the 3rd floor and the windows stretching across the front of the apartment allowed for an unobstructed view of these. Don't fret about it being on the 3rd floor, as the building has an elevator. As this was a working trip for us, we found the Wi-Fi to be excellent. We were routinely working from 2 computer and 2 cell phones accessing several work databases, and the connection was fast and uninterrupted. Gated parking was provided across the street and down some stairs, which I can assure you is a nice convenience especially during the busy peak and shoulder season. Everything in the apartment was very comfortable, new, and fresh and everything worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable in my opinion. Even though the apartment was overlooking a somewhat busy street, I found it to be quiet and the windows did an excellent job keeping things quiet. It's about a 10-minute walk to the old Harbor, unless you continually get distracted by the many shops, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. There is a large supermarket across the street which is convenient. The location gave me the opportunity to experience both sides of Chania, the new and the old. This place stands out to me for a lot of reasons, and I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing can be done about this, but I should mention the road and stairs to the gated parking was quite steep. If you have some mobility issues, you may want to consider this. It is possible to park on the street around the corner and across from the supermarket, which I did on occasion.

Spacious, clean apartment. Fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, comfortable bed, air conditioning in every room - we lacked nothing. Private parking - a huge plus in this city! Self-check-in - we were given instructions on how to get to the apartment and the parking (tip - the parking is not in the same building, you need to turn right into the street opposite the apartment). The old town is closer than we thought - leave the building and turn right, after 200 m turn left into Chalidon Street leading to the port.

There is a bit of noise from the street.

The apartment was very accommodating and clean!!! The location was perfect as close enough to Old Town without being right in the middle of it. Having a parking space was an added bonus! Also having a supermarket right across the street was great.

The apartment is in a great location right by the bus station and few minutes walk to the old harbor. Beautiful view of the harbor and light house from the back terrace. AC in each room, washing machine worked great! Very spacious apartment. Owner was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was extremely clean and helped us experience what its like to live in Chania. We highly recommend this place if you need a clean, quite and spacious place to stay.

The place was very tidy and it had everything you would need for your stay. Apartement itself is very big and comfortable. . The location is very good and everything is very slose by. The owner was very helpful and fast with all the responses. A good place to stay in Chania.

We didn't book a parking space in time, day before we were told it is not available so first day we had to park in parking Plaza which was 25 eur a day. But next day we moved the car in a free space next to the parking so it was fine, so I recommend looking for free parking around the parking lot.

The localisation of the loft IS absolutely perfect. 5 mn walk from the old center town and 2 mn from the main bus station (easy to the airport+all other cities and visits) The loft is very confortable and modern, the view is amazing. Many shops in the street

Insonorisation with the next flat is weak you can ear the neighbors a lot from the room. So your quiet is depending if you are lucky with neighbors, what time they wake up and go to bed !
