"Lovely apartment centrally located in between old and new town"

Spacious and comfortable duplex apartment. Well maintained and very clean. Extremely comfortable large bed with quality bed linen and towels. Good shower. A kettle. Easy code access (so keys not necessary). Easy access to shops, restaurant and bus station. Centrally located in between old and new town.

In fairness, the apartment is listed as being located on a main road. We didn't realise road would be as busy or noisy at times.

"Mehr schlecht als recht"

Zentrale Lage, gute Klimatisierung, gute Küchenausstattung. Zugang zu Youtube & Netflix (muss man sich natürlich selbst einloggen). Waschmaschine top & schnell.

Am zweiten Tag ist die Wasserversorgung über eine Stunde ausgefallen, daher kein Wasser & kein Klo. Dusche läuft nach nur einer Minute über & setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser. SEHR steiler & langer Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung, mit Knieproblemen kein Spaß. Wenig Möglichkeiten, Sachen im Bad zur Trocknung aufzuhängen, dafür aber Wäscheständer am Balkon. In der Wohnung lagen bei unserer Ankunft Haare von den Vormietern auf dem Boden, finde ich gar nicht gut. Wohnung sehr hellhörig und sehr sehr lauter Straßenverkehr direkt vor dem einzigen Fenster. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster kann man vergessen. Preis für die ganzen negativen Aspekte deutlich zu hoch.
