It would have been nice to have someone at the front desk (I never met anyone except the cleaner), but the online customer service was prompt and efficient.

Great communication prior to our visit. Easy to find apartment. 2nd floor apartment, very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, nice storage solutions and good lighting. Clothing dry rack was available. Surprisingly quiet for a very busy street at all times. Soundproofing works great yet some may need earplugs for the higher pitched traffic noise. Great neighborhood. Very easy walking access to old town and the harbor. Easy pick up area for taxis. This was the perfect stay in Chania to have the best of both worlds!

A broom, dustpan and a few cleaning supplies would be nice. Even though the apartment has daily cleaning, I accidentally broke a glass bottle in the apartment and had no more than paper towels to clean up the mess. Thankfully the host sent someone to clean the next morning while we were out.
