Antonis Kavros appartment in the center of chania

Close to the city center. Comfortable with 2 balconies

I had a very good stay at this apartment in Crete. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had good air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was also well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during the stay. The owner was very thoughtful and helpful. As I had a late flight, they kindly provided some water and bread on arrival, which was a really nice touch. They also allowed me a late check-out so I could wash some clothes before leaving, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, with both the Old Town and Nea Chora Beach around a 10-minute walk away. This made it easy to explore the area without needing transport.

The only real downside is that the apartment is on a busy street, so there can be some traffic noise, especially from loud motorcycles at various times of the day and night. This is not really the owner’s fault, but I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment is modern, clean and located only a 5 minute walk from the ancient walled town of Chania. The town has many restaurants and bars around the Venetian harbour and in the town itself. We found the Platea bar behind the old mosque a good place for a sundowner drink and excellent food. The bed is comfortable and there is enough wardrobe space to store clothes for a week or more. The kitchen is equipped for day to day eating, with a full sized cooker and fridge and sufficient storage for food. Nea Chora sheltered beach is just over 5 minutes walk. The bathroom shower has lots of hot water and good water pressure. The washing machine was really useful with a 15 minute fast cycle. When we contacted the host he was quick to reply and really helpful. The TV was large and had many channels. We would stay there again. We really enjoyed it.

There was nothing that I can think of. All was good.

Dobra lokalizacja, cudowny taras z widokiem na góry.

Εύκολη επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο το διαμέρισμα, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά ήσυχη γειτονιά, τα έχει όλα κοντά. Πάρκινγκ βρίσκεις στη κοντινή πλατεία ή γύρω στα στενά διαφορετικά έχει και πληρωτό στον ίδιο δρόμο. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Appartement très plaisant ainsi que la terrasse. Très bonne situation géographique. Échanges avec le propriétaire très agréables.

A lakás elhelyezkedése nagyszerű, mindenhez közel. Felszereltsége, kényelme megfelelő volt. A kilátás pedig elragadó.

Nem volt mikrosütő, pedig számítottam rá. Néhány piperecikk is jól jött volna, szinte mindent venni kellett.

Εύκολο Πάρκιν, καλή απόσταση από το κέντρο, είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια πραγματικά και ο ιδιοκτήτης πραγματικά πολύ ευγενικός και τρομερά συνεννοήσιμος

Wi fi δεν δουλεύει καλά.
