Alexandra Apartment Near Chania Center

We stayed here for one week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The welcome was incredibly warm, with many thoughtful touches waiting for us: fresh fruits, a bottle of local alcohol, cakes, coffee and more. These little details immediately made us feel at home. The private parking space directly in front of the house was a huge advantage, especially in Chania where parking can sometimes be difficult. The house itself is very spacious, with perfect bedrooms, impeccable cleanliness, excellent Wi-Fi, a real large kitchen and a very convenient washing machine. It truly feels like an authentic traditional Chania house, preserving its original charm and atmosphere. And the garden… simply beautiful! Full of flowers, with large tables and chairs where we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning and relaxed with an aperitif in the evening. The hosts are fantastic: always available and responding immediately to any question or request. I come to Chania every year around early June, and this is honestly the only accommodation I have found that combines everything: authenticity, comfort, location and hospitality. Everything was perfect. The house is also within walking distance: around 15 minutes to the city center, or to a beautiful sea viewpoint (with about 800 meters uphill on the way back). Very close (around 200 meters) there is also a roundabout area with many excellent cafés where you can enjoy a freddo espresso, Greek yogurt, pastries and a typical local breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Les petites attentions à l'arrivée, le calme du quartier, la proximité du centre (environ 15min à pied), la terrasse à l'arrière,...

Alexandra est très accueillante , nous avons communiqué très facilement et rapidement par mail . Il y avait plein de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée(fruits, vin, de quoi petit déjeuner...)on a l impression d arriver chez des amis . L appartement est conforme aux photos , il est très bien situé ( environ 15 min de marche jusqu'au vieux port ) et la place de parking est tres appréciable.. Nous avons également apprécié la terrasse qui était très agréable en cette fin d octobre . Nous avons bien dormi . Merci aux bonnes adresses d' Alexandra . Proche de l appartement à 5min , il y a aussi de bonnes tables avec des serveurs très sympathiques . Merci pour tout Alexandra .

Netter Empfang. Großzügige Ausstattung. Sauber. Kleinigkeiten waren bereitgestellt (Brot, Saft, Raki ...). Eigener Parkplatz.

Hund des Nachbarn ab 7.00 Uhr bis spät abends gewinselt, geheult u. gebellt. Nervtötend. Hat uns den Aufenthalt für diese sieben Tage versaut. 25 Minuten Fußweg bis Hafen. Wlan zeitweilig ausgefallen.

Great apartment in a perfect location, 10-15 minute walk from centre of Chania. The apartment is well equipped and a great size for a group of people. Owner is lovely and was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend.

Great large apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Reaching the old town and the nearest beach was a mainly flat 10min walk. Lots of cafes and a supermarket nearby. The host family are very friendly and helpful too.
