I liked the location and the fact that it had parking. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances.

The towels appeared clean, but they had a weird feeling and did not absorb moisture. I did not manage to connect to the WiFi (there was no info. paper)

The apartment is conveniently located to the old town. The parking lot is right next to the apartment building, and there is a railing that needs to be opened by a remote control. The kitchen has basic utensils, and the air conditioner in the living room can bring coolness. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, but it is not hot at all when sleeping at night, and it is very comfortable.

What can be improved is that the check-in instructions can be more detailed, with some photos and videos, such as how to use the remote control to open the parking barrier, some kitchen utensils and tableware are not completely clean, there is a coffee machine, there are also bags of coffee powder, but the coffee powder in the bag may not be enough to make a cup, and the bag mouth is completely open, like something ready to be thrown away, we went to other cities in Romania in the next few days, and there was plenty of coffee powder or capsules. The electric stove seemed to be broken, and it couldn't be started after several attempts.

Good location and nice appartment

Very poor communication before the arrival. Once there, it was ok. During 3 days before the arrival nobody was answering to our messages or phone calls to share the instructions for check-in even if I sent them the identity card details as requested. Even Booking didn’t manage. Very disappointing and stressful because on the arrival day we got a message on addition remembering to leave the apartment on time. It was a mess.

Straightforward and honest: no internet, no hot water, no clean and fresh bed linens. A strong, unpleasant odor in the bathroom, masked by excessive use of air fresheners throughout the apartment.
