CAThe property was close to historic sites but the entrance to the apt was run down.
As others mentioned, no hot water for a shower. Wallpaper was peaking and plaster on wall was cracking. Probably good for a single guy looking for a place for a night or two and not concerned about the facility but more concerned about location. Not sure my spouse would have stayed there.
