close to the beach and supermarket. Owner is excellent in communications and always helpful. Great that an extra supply of towels and bedding was also supplied, to make it easier during washing day as we stayed for over three weeks. Sunny patio in the mornings.

The location of the property is so close to the beach. Very convenient for water sports enthusiasts. The area is quiet and you can hear the waves of the ocean, really relaxing! Free access to pool and tennis court. The value for money is very good as well.

The house can see some small improvements: bathroom ceiling was damaged, windows don’t have proper shutters or windows screen, some broken chairs lying around and wardrobe should be reserved for the customers. Maybe some kind of roaches management. None of this has disrupted the holiday overall, but it would have make everything more pleasant.

Very well located, only 60m from Costa Calma beach and very close to shops, restaurants and other local facilities. The kitchen is well equipped and it was clean and tidy on arrival. The TV has many satellite channels including English, good for English speakers and which is uncommon, in our experience, in Costa Calma.

There were some minor disrepair points that should be attended to, but had little effect on our overall enjoyment of the property.

The location was fantastic, you have a store in 3 minutes walk and the beach is like 15 seconds away, you have a pool as welll so its worth it!

The location is very convenient, close to a very nice beach. Comfortable resort. The owner was very kind to arrange the post of some books that I left at the property.

The place has no ventilation, neither in the bedroom nor in the bathroom. The separation between the living room and the bedroom is the block of cupboards from the kitchen and the room. No door, no privacy. I found a cockroach at night in the bathroom. The fridge is very loud, the furniture/window blinds IKEA style are not renovated nor properly maintained. Maybe for a young couple, the studio is acceptable. Not appropriate for a family with children.

Location is exelet, beach just at door step. Nice balcony, quiet.
