1. No towel provided, they mentioned once we made payment 2. Bathroom very dirty 3. Below bed very dirty 4. Didn't give extra 1 plastic bag also for rubbish

The apartment is big and has a nice interior. This is my 5th time staying at this apartment with a different room.

The under bed was dirty, the hot water was not really well functioning, and there was limited space to place our belongings, The car park should be available for more than 1 car, the security guard should be friendly. The owner should consider placing a hot and cold water machine inside the apartment.

Ada dapur gas, ada sejadah, ada hanger setiap bilik, iron dan iron board tiada. Nak request iron boleh tapi ada la cas nya, baik bawak sendiri. Bilik master dan ruang tamu ada kipas siling.

The outside TOILET has NO LIGHT. It has been left unrepaired. The situation feels very scary. All family members are forced to use the toilet in the master bedroom. TOILET LUAR TIADA LAMPU DAN DIBIARKAN ROSAK TIDAK DIGANTI. SITUASI SANGAT MENYERAMKAN DAN GELAP GELITA. SEMUA FAMILY MEMBER TERPAKSA GUNA TOILET BILIK MASTER. CREEPY WEI. Stay 2 malam, malam pertama mcm kena ganggu, bunyi pintu toilet luar tu bunyi hempas mcm kena tolak2 dgn angin, pelik tang mana pulak angin jam 1-4pagi. Malam kedua ikhtiar ikat pintu toilet tu bagi lekat tak gerak. Baru la ok bole tido. Saje je tu ajak gurau kan haha. SINKI BOCOR, HABIS BASAH BILA CUCI PINGGAN. Pintu dapur tu tak boleh kunci dari dalam. So hati2 kalau tinggal barang berharga, orang boleh masuk.
