"Prachtige studio"

Prachtige studio. Alles is nieuw en erg schoon.

De emails die ik kreeg m.b.t. in- en uitchecken bevatten geen links dus moest via de app berichten sturen naar de eigenaar. Die overigens snel en netjes alles regelde.

We hebben de verkeerde kamer gekregen, we hadden een kamer met tuinzicht geboekt. Maar deze hebben we niet gekregen. De accomodatie wilde dit ook niet oplossen aangezien alles vol was geboekt. Kwamen zelf ook niet met een goede oplossing. Nadat ik een mail had gestuurd waarin ik gedeelte restitutie heb aangevraag schuiven ze de verantwoordelijkheid voor HUN accomodatie in de schoenen van Booking. Verder hebben we daarnaast 15 minuten staan wachten op de deur code. Iets wat ze verzaakt hadden naar ons te sturen. De kamer zelf was lelijk en grootendeels beton, oud meubilair en het was er erg koud. Slechte ervaring, gaan we niet meer naar terug.
