PHThe ambiance and privacy. Polite and helpful staff. Responsive host. Complete kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds.
One or two electric mosquito killers would be helpful. Although the bathrooms are clean, it may benefit from a renovation. Perhaps a tv in at least one of the rooms.
PHPlace was exactly as pictured. AC and wifi were strong and we had no problems using them. Shower was spacious and we were grateful for the heated water. The staff was super friendly and accommodating— set us up with a dive group quickly and had so much fun exploring Anilao’s bountiful dive sites!
Wish we were able to set up our dives ahead of time or we could be contacted and notified earlier about unavailability of night diving— but overall we had s great time!

There was a blackout at 4am. Unfortunately, their generator didn't work.
PHPHUpon arriving, you have to go down about 3 flights of stairs (no mention of this in the description). There were plenty of mosquitos, flies and other flying bugs. No sand on the beach, just a lot of rocks.

The location is big problem,because if we need go to buy some food it’s a little bit far.

The garbage at the resort in front of the gate is a sore in the eyes.
