Homely, clean, had everything we needed, communications with hosts very good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return in future. Many thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay.

The parking space was small but adequate. The flat was well located and close to all amenities. WIFI was very good. The lounge area and kitchen were well equipped. The bathrooms were very good and overall the premises was clean.

The bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable but that was probably down to personal choice. However, the mattress sagged into the centre of the bed. The pillows should have pillow protectors. The pillows themselves were stained. The pillow cases were clean. Watch your head if you are tall as the ceilings are low in places.

This flat comes highly recommended. It's both spacious and well-equipped, making it an ideal choice for your stay. The positive experience begins even before arriving at the flat, thanks to the comprehensive information and detailed documents provided in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered a peaceful neighborhood that conveniently offers access to various amenities such as supermarkets, laundromats, and restaurants.

The parking space may be a bit snug for larger vehicles, but it is functional. The flat is situated on the roof, requiring a climb of two flights of stairs, which could be a bit challenging with heavy luggage. However, it provides a little workout for the day :)

The apartment was home from home, very well kitted out and comfortable.

Property was very clean when we arrived with a excellent range of electrical equipment…… felt like being home from home especially arriving and having coffee pods ready to use after a long travel. Beds was extremely comfortable and area nice and quiet.

Our family had an outstanding experience. The place was spotlessly clean and had a modern design. It provided all the amenities I needed. The host, James provided all necessary information for the accommodation and also helpful information about Bournemouth. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a wonderful stay. 5 stars!
