Le complexe se trouve en dehors du centre urbain, en plein milieu d'un espace naturel protégé. Idéal pour qui aime le calme et la proximité avec la nature.

Due giorni di puzza di fogna incredibile. Eravamo nel block 3 e avevamo lo scarico a 30 metri. Siamo partiti un giorno prima.

La literie doit absolument être remplacée. Le matelas est en fin de vie. Un bruit récurrent émanant du local technique situé en face de la porte d’entrée du logement qui se déclenche à intervalles réguliers aussi en pleine nuit ! Cela devrait être signalé au syndic par le copropriétaire car cela peut devenir insupportable pour des personnes sensibles aux bruit. Équipement vaisselle et ustensiles limite pour qu’âtres personnes, heureusement nous n’étions que deux. Signalé au propriétaire mais sans réponse !

Very windy and sand gets everywhere. The accommodation is damp and has no ventilation. Cockroaches everywhere!- both inside and outside in the hall. It gets very hot inside - no air-con provided, mosquito nets were broken. Cats getting into accommodation through broken nets during the night. Beach parties nearby from 10pm-5am - not possible to sleep. The hotel seems to be a place of gathering for drunken young men- we had to leave accommodation early as were worried for safety of our children (men whistling at my daughter). The host did not respond to our concerns and refused to give us refund for unused days- the accommodation was advertised as suitable for families with children.

Spacious, clean, in a very quiet area. Very well equipped. The owner very responsive - he took no time to replace an old hair dryer by a new one :-). Not easy to find but… we actually liked that. Beautiful view.

Some finishings a bit outdated. My recommendation is to review kitchen utensils- some should be replaced by the new ones. Walls are very thin - if you have noisy neighbours, that might be a problem.

Playa Paraiso is well located near the Sotavento Beach.

This was by far our all-time-worst booked Apartment on Booking. We are very surprised by the other positive reviews here, because they do not resemble our experience in any way. When we arrived at the apartment, more than 10 dead cockroaches were lying across the apartment floor (not all of them are visible in the attached images, since we can only upload 4 images). A strong chemical smell of insecticide was noticeable. We know that cockroaches are an issue on the canary islands, but what we experienced in this apartment was worse than one can tolerate. Besides the cockroaches, the remainder of the apartment made a worse impression than on the advertised photos. The toilette was obviously not cleaned (see attached images). The bed and the sleeping couch did not make a clean impression either. Overall, we did not feel comfortable at all in this apartment. In fact, we even booked another apartment at Playa Paraiso spontaneosly after our arrival and did not sleep a single night in this apartment. Luckily, cockroaches were no issue in the other Apartment. Of course, we contacted the Owner via Booking right away. We did not receive an answer to any of our multiple messages from the owner until after our booked stay. The Owner was extremely rude and refused to refund any money.
