Great location, good value accomodation for Helensburgh. Nicely set up for a small space. Comfortable bed and decent shower.

Quiet residential area convenient to seafront. Up quite a steep hill if you were on foot ie from the rail station and carrying luggage.

Met by owner - polite, brisk & business like. The room is VERY compact and confined, barely room for one person to stand in the space between the beds. We would have appreciated 2 comfy folding chairs. One small uncomfortable wooden folding chair was provided. Kitchen work unit was as the photos and well equipped including tea & coffee and we were pleased to have a tiny fridge. No food prep area except a little TV table. Small camping kettle often did not work. Photos on website are not current, room looking well used and there are now wheelie bins at the foot of the stairs. Our outside seating was in a corner by the owners parked cars and he was keen we should take our supper out there but it was not a nice location.

Lovely host, very nice peaceful and quiet location. Good value for money, especially for one night stays, as we were in transit.

The place is very cute, but it is also terribly small and not really a cottage. It's a tiny room with comfortable twin beds, but with barely any space to move. The little "kitchen" area is not really usable, contains a toaster, a kettle and a microwave, but it is impossible to prepare anything in there, let alone eat in the room.
