Clean and comfortable

Maybe would have been nice to include decaf tea or coffee option and basic breakfast goods such as a wrapped croissant or even some biscuits - not a b&b but there is a fridge and microwave but nowhere to prepare food, so not self catering either. Also no hot water for shower 😞

It was very easy to get to and nice and private. The bed was very comfortable and was perfect for us to stay the night at. Owners were very helpful and efficient.

The only 1 thing was there was only 1 towel but 2 of us were staying.

Great place to stay for a short stop over, very clean and friendly hosts. We stayed for a wedding as it was at ringwood hall down the road. Very easy to walk there from this property.

The property was in a quiet location. It was just a short walk away from an event that I was attending. The room was well equipped including a fridge and microwave.

There’s no downside to report.

I was working locally and required an overnight stay. There was enough space to use my laptop for a bit of admin, a microwave and crockery for the inevitable takeaway, and a decent location for a few miles of running later on... it's my second time here, and while not the cheapest for a single guest it would be excellent for a couple / two friends.

A simple and comfortable base for visits to local sites (Hardwick, Chatsworth, Bolsover), and excursions to the Peaks. Local facilities fine with restaurants and shops accessible and frequent bus service to Chesterfield itself. Good value.

Clean and contemporary. Bright

Only 1 singular thing - shower Gel would have made it 10/10.
