Lift, Maria kwam langs de kamer om zich te verontschuldigen over de verwelkoming/aankomst

We konden niet binnenkomen, er werd niet opgenomen toen we belden, hele slechte verwelkoming, vieze borden in de kast, deur van de douche kon niet helemaal dicht. Koud gedoucht want je moet 15 minuten wachten op warm water

L'host risponde in ritardo e in modo non sempre pertinente alle domande. Avevamo prenotato per tre letti e ce ne sono stati preparati due. Avevamo prenotato questa struttura per la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto e il parcheggio non c'era. Non c'era acqua calda.
