La cuisine : sans plan de travail et surtout vaisselle sale, vieille, sans équipement minimum : on n'est pas sensé d'être obligé de manger au restaurant. Si on loue, au moins un minimum correct ! A part la cuisine, appart propre.

Was a totally normal place, no direct contact with the owner

They need to be a bit careful with the noise. I hard a child and a parent speaking quite loudly in the staircase in the mroning.
