Poor and misleading communication! Scam

The front desk was unable to "find" my reservation despite showing my expedia confirmation. They were unwilling to research or investigate and very was unhelpful. I felt so unwelcome that I booked to stay on another hotel. I was unable to refund my booking and the owner failed to reach out.

The space itself was great - spacious and clean, but check in was a bit confusing, and communication with the host was inconsistent. Not the best service but we were happy with the unit.

Location was good, 24 hr security guard, pool and gym, both lifts were operational . They collect the garbage every evening. Fridge is a good size. The TV had a Netflix. The staff members were great.

The room is too Small, the AC is just Infront of the bed, so if you will sleep and turn on the AC, the cold air will hit your body from close range. The dishes and utensils were old and mostly plastic. The toilet had a foul smell for the the first 2 days ..I was not sure what it was .

Location was good. Pool was shallow but nice.

Too expensive for this apartment. Freezer was not cold. And the Hassel about meeting the owner is stressful. Usually there is some coffee,tea and minibar . No pooltowels
