"No gas, No hot water, No cooking facilities!!!!!!"

The location of the caravan is very good, close by everything.

The whole experience. When we arrived boiler didn’t work which meant no hot water, couldn’t cook food. The lights kept tripping and had to keep flicking back on in fuse box. The owner fobbed us off multiple times about getting it sorted, refused to give us part of our money back for the stay. Reason took so long to get sorted as he didn’t want to pay the £190 to buy the two gas bottles. Only did because my partner and I was on at him he eventually got it sorted. We had 4 children staying in the caravan, no hot water wasn’t acceptable. Plus expensive to feed 4 children plus two adults out all the time. The break was spent sorting problems with the caravan not enjoying it. Kids were scared because of lights.

"Wet and muddy but we had fun"

The caravan was clean and spacious. We had a lovely family trip away.

The site was very muddy and we tried to not get it in the caravan but it also rained heavy during our stay.
