"Exceptional"

This is the third time staying at this caravan real home from home. In a quiet area its close to onsite shop ideal. 2 min walk to Woody's bar and restaurant, 5 min walk to small arcade's and shops. Buses are every 10 min to go into Skegness or chapel st leonards. The bus drops you right outside the campsite. Definitely our favourite caravan we will be back. I would definitely recommend staying here

"lovely relaxing stay"

beautiful and spacious has all the cooking facilities. this is the second time I've stayed in this caravan. it's in a quiet area. close to Woody's bar and restaurant also shops and arcades for my 2 year old granddaughter.

"Home from home feeling"

This is the second visit for me an my daughter loved it feel safe on our own here . love the little extra things like privacy windows , coffee machine , games to play if your not drinkers . It’s cosy an home from home feeling !

Not the property just never get good weather when we come lol
