Absolutely loppy wallpaper hanging off .holes in walls scruffy carpets.even had to go out and buy descaler before could use kettle scruffy all in all not very pleased. if given a good overall would be great

Space and location

The whole place needed updating. Repainted,new carpets, curtains etcThe front door sill was ready to fall down. There were cobwebs in every room. Radiator in front Hall was leaking carpet soaked. Smelt damp. Curtains hanging off holes in walls. We left after a couple of nights.

Large apartment

Heating didnt work except for electric fire in lounge. In fairness, as we arrived after 5 we didn't call the emergency number as we thought we would try the night and go to reception in the morning. Mistake as temperature dropped dramatically so we slept on the settees. The day to day cleaning was immaculate. But the place is very very shabby. It smelled very damp but there was no damp to be honest, guessing as heating not working. Carpets very badly worn and stained, wallpaper hanging off the wall in places, curtain poles and tie back hooks precarious if touched as the general maintenance was totally absent. 2 sets of patio doors lead onto an outdoor seating area filled with discarded windows/doors - in a neat pile but dangerous if you took children or dogs! We chose the site as I am disabled and can't walk far and saw there was a chippy and bar/restaurant on site. Chippy closed permanently, can't be helped but the bar/restaurant said they didn't do food. My husband had had a few drinks in the apartment so I wouldn't let him drive us to a restaurant so we had to walk. Not a single restaurant or bar we came across was open or served food so we had to get some microwave meals from a shop. After walking all that way on walking sticks and back, I was in too much pain to continue with our holiday so we packed up as soon as it was light and came home. We booked this site for its facilities which were not there. There was also no mention on booking.com that this was on a caravan site. We would highly recommend you pay more and stay elsewhere.

Location was great, short walk to fantasy island.was a pleasant place to stay but needs improvements. Had a pool table which was decent so enjoyed that.

Property interior could be better, beds need replacing as one collapsed with someone on it. No space to put clothes which is not great. Needs alot of TLC and this property would be amazing.
