De manhã (só de manhã), o percurso até à praia é muito rápido e é fácil estacionar. A casa está num local tranquilo, está bem equipada (mesmo coisas simples como detergentes, sacos do lixo e papel de cozinha) e é confortável.

Estava muito calor e no quarto não refresca o ideal. A ventoinha no teto ajuda mas não o suficiente. O portão de acesso ao prédio faz muito barulho quando os vizinhos não têm cuidado.
