"Fantastic time to spend with family even though there was some minor issues."

The views, the space for our family to be able to breathe compared to a hotel room.

The pullout bed in the main area was broken and unable to be used. The AC filter was very dirty.

It is clean, quintet and comfortable. The indoor parking and nice kitchen are great benefits too.

Nothing. It's always a challenge to remember the gate code for the first few days but that's not really a complaint.

"Home away from Home!"

We loved the location, the décor, the space. We had everything we needed, as if we were at home. The view was awesome, and the access to the garage was the best, considering we had a few random showers!

We didn't dislike anything! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

It was perfect location !! Everything we planned to do was just a short drive away!! It was very clean and comfy!!The deck was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and breeze off the lake. This property really felt like your home away from home!!! Great communication with owners… responded quickly to any questions you had. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs, AR

"Nice Relaxing time"

I loved this Condo. I specially love the pool and the lake. We had a wonderful time. Everything was so nice and clean. Thank you again for letting us stay with you guys. thanks Tammy

The Beds were nice even the couch had a memory foam on top of the mattress.

There was no breakfast provided but the amenities were excellent. Didn't explain what to do with dirty linens and towels upon departure.

I don't like stairs!!! Bad knees 😀!!
