Das Gebäude wirkt im ersten Moment etwas abweisend. Auch das Badezimmer ist kleiner als erwartet.

"Nemaloni patirtis"

Labai nemalonus butą administruojančios įmonės bendravimas – akivaizdžiai trūksta pagarbos klientui. Nors išsiregistravimas nurodytas iki 11 val., jau 11:03 kažkoks vyras atėjo ir pradėjo rakinti duris, tarsi būtume išvaromi – tai visiškai nepriimtina. Bute tvyrojo aitrus chloro kvapas, susimaišęs su kitais labai nemaloniais kvapais. Be to, buvo šalta – naktį temperatūra praktiškai nesiskyrė nuo lauko, kas yra absurdas. Rinkausi šį butą dėl aukšto įvertinimo (9+), tačiau realybė visiškai neatitinka – patirtis buvo itin prasta ir paliko labai blogą emocinį įspūdį.
