Great location, AC worked well. The layout of the apartment was great for a small family. Oven, fridge, stove top worked well.

The apartment needs some tlc. It’s not “white”, it just highlighted that it needs a paint job, new couches, new mattresses, new towels. There was mold in the bathrooms, mold in the washing machine that smelled like cigarettes and turned our clothes gray. When I washed clothing by hand, the drying rack stained our clothes bc it was also rotted. The primary bedroom has a cheap window curtain that doesn’t darken the room. All of the kitchen utensils were junky.
