The studio is beautiful and cozy, the owner is welcoming and communicative, and the space is very relaxing. Perfect location for getting to the park and around Joshua Tree, but still be removed from the busy main road and area. It's easy to also spend down time here to relax and unwind. We were also able to see a good amount of stars and enjoy the outdoor space.

I wish it was more clear beforehand that the entire outside area is not available to you. Rather the guests in the studio are able to use the front yard and I assume the 1 bedroom apartment guests can use the backyard. This is fine as both areas have plenty of space, but would be better to know in advance to avoid confusion.

The silence and the decor of the place. Little details from the host, Pamela, like a welcome card with chocolates and her being super responsive. The views of the sunrise are amazing.

just lacking a stove, but nothing major, as it has a microwave.
