COSTA ELISA20 MIL PALMERAS

It all looked good to start with, then the issues started. These are all BAD POINTS..!!!First off, the electric box was cracked, one of the shutters in the Living Room didn’t close, the cutlery drawer didn’t close either, also the Air Conditioning didn’t work for the First 2 days because they didn’t open Monday-Friday.. When they did message they told us to swap the batteries over on the Television remote..!!! The TV itself did not work , the said the previous tenants had their own box or something, so we were to try a different setting on it , that didn’t work 😑. So we were not messing about with wires…!!! Also in the larger bedroom we pushed the bed over soo my 2 year old Granddaughter would not fall out the bed and the hairs & fluff it was underneath was a disgrace.! It had not been hovered in a long while… In the bigger bathroom, every time you used the shower 🚿 the water 💦 came out from underneath the glass , it obviously was not sealed properly, we had to use the towels & mats every time when showering to stop the water going out onto the tiles soo we wouldn’t slip..

There was a lot of Stairs, actually 18 to get to the front Door.. Nothing like advertising..!!It was very far out , we had to get taxis everywhere & they did not have the correct address on booking.com as the went to wrong address all the time.Also the Next door Neighbour the leave their shoes lying outside the door & it stinks 😷 of Smelly feet 👣.
