When we arrived at the apartment, we could not collect the keys because the key box lock was jammed or frozen because outside was very cold. Then I called the owner and he said he would come within 15 minutes (without hesitation, thank to him by the way), but later on, after I struggled with the key box lock more, I finally could managed open it. Other than this, the interior was cold. We tried to heat up the room, but we couldn't. For us It was a really big issue about the apartment, because our 5-year old son was with us. In addition, we could not find the free parking place that the owner texted to us, therefore we parked to the underground garage (pavilion 1), which is accessed by the stairs just next to the apartment, and paid 14 euro for the night.
