The facilities were in perfect condition, clean and definitely the staff was helpful. I am looking forward to visiting again. Everything was user friendly. In summary, it was a marvelous place to visit.

The friendly staff Mr Eugene took good care of me and I had food in place for me to have breakfast and fruits to snack on during my stay

The fellow tenant’s were not so friendly they came and knocked so hard on my door because of some wrong parking space that was not mentioned in my arrival

Eugene meets and greets his guests personally and is very polite and friendly keeping it professional as well...As soon as u get inside the room it feels like home, warm clean and WOW the interior is gorgeous the colours in the room blend in so well and compliment each other.I felt like staying there forever.Breakfast and coffee is also available no extra fee is charged for that. The bathroom is clean and the towels are also clean 👌 Hyswan Guest house is my second home from now on

The host was very welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The accomodation was cleanand exceeded our expectation with everything needed foe self catering. You name it - it's there. Even fruit basket, cereals, yoghurts, milk, purified water, and somebasic groceries.

You might misjudge the place from the exterior. The area isn't completely quiet because of student neighbours, but it's still manageable.
