Vacation in Paradise

The condo was lovely and close to the pool while the grounds were well maintained , quiet and beautiful.

Easy access to the really nice pool. We loved having all the beach gear, cooler, coffee, etc, we could’ve another roll of TP but we bought some. The washer/dryer was nice, some of the other appliances could be updated but they worked. We had a great stay all in all and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We’d stay again when in the area. Thank you!

Close to amenities, and it was clean

Everything was clean and I’m working order. Floors were freshly mopped and squeaky clean. FULLY stocked kitchen. Having two twin beds in the guest room was nice for families traveling with kids. Tons of extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, lots of pillows, blankets… The view was beautiful during the day and at night with the fountain. First floor was convenient with kids and groceries. We didn’t go to the pool, but it looked very nice. Very quiet and peaceful condo. We will definitely rebook next time we are in Naples.

My only recommendations would be to upgrade to smart TVs in the bedrooms and have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. And a few more towels/washclothes.

The kitchen was fully equipped.

We weren't informed that there was roof work going on. We were inconviened with the parking as the roofing company had most spots blocked. And we were woken up early due to the banging on the roof.

Location was great, hosts were also very thoughtful in providing instructions and amenities. Examples of this would be not only having kitchen utensils, but ice in the freezer, games, sports equipment, beach equipment, and other thoughtful and stay-enhancing items. The location is truly awesome as it is very close to Naples coast and also only 20 minutes to Marco Island - there is many convenience stores and restaurants around as well as a 65 pickleball court park nearby which was an ultra bonus.

Overall it was a great stay and was satisfying and comfortable to be here, but for the sake of transparency it is important to note the microwave inside definitely needed attention, we don't use microwaves but having looked inside there was some red-orange food residue from a lack of cleaning. The biggest complaint would be the master bedroom blinds not functioning which seemed to reduce the privacy facing all of the other residences at night as there is no way to not be seen from anyone looking inside since they would not come down. Overall there is little to have issue with, as it was very pleasant to stay therte.

Amazing pool and overall location is very good, 20 minutes by car to both Marco island and Naples. The terrace was very cool with a very nice view. Beach amenities was a positive surprise as well. We had some issues because of the maintenance work nearby, but the host resolved all of our concerns very quickly. Thank you!

Would have liked to have rented bikes but can only do so through booking through green links. But everything was perfect
