Good quality matress, good quality sofa bed, interior clean, bathroom working properly, no leakage, no smells, good communication with owner.

Not owner's fault but elevator wasn't working the whole stay, the hallway lighting wasn't working the whole stay being uncomfortable to carry bags by hand on the stairs and trying to unlock room door without light.
