No kitchenware, not enough forks, knives or chairs for 4 guests. Oven could not be opened because the hinge was broken, no oven ware either. Bed area had considerable holes in the wall when we got there. They hid the giant hole with stacked pillows and we found it at bed time the first night. No intention of fixing it as there was a check in right after us and poor people were going to receive this room in the same poor conditions. Workers were hammering outside our window for 5 days at 7 am in the morning. No blackout curtains on one of the 2 windows. Lobby area has no reception and smells of 50 year old cooking grease from the restaurants on the ground level of the building. I recommend that you Do not pay for their garage: there are 2 very tight spaces and the building laundry service contractors blocked the entrance every single day multiple times for upto an hour and one of them was very rude. On pensylvania avenue where the parking entrance is, there is a thug hotel entrance that has dangerous looking people roaming there at night. Book a better place for the same price or less, like any airbnb, roami or lowkl. The king suite doesn’t have a separate bedroom - it has a drywall separation and no privacy. The room description is not accurate and it leaves the impression that we received an inferior room that we had booked. With more attention to the apartment details and building odors, this could very well be a decent place to stay. No staff is available if you need anything just a whatsapp - that was responsive but did not solve any of our issues. We expressed all of these complaints and concerns promptly but they did not care at all. This is a fair review based on our experience. I’m surprised this place has a decent ranking because it is not worth it at all.

Nice inside felt like home.. But Bathroom needs updating its old paint and chipped walls.. Restaurant next door are Cuban and Mexican I went to both and they were amazing.. For the price not too bad

No Hot water in the shower it was Cold and AC unit leaked water everywhere on the floor before I arrived.. Property manager said that they would have the Ac leak repaired..

I paid to the accommodations and was told to meet at the apartment between 4 and 5 for check in but when I got there no one was there and I couldn’t get ahold of anymore via email or texting/calling the number the host provided. I ended up having to find another place to stay and they never reached back out even the next day. I am trying to get a refund but no response of any kind yet.

Good location and quiet. Cook top was good and large refrigerator. Bed was comfortable

Not as advertised. No dishwasher and no laundry facilities in apartment. We did find a laundry room in the building on the last day. It was not advised to us despite asking. Shower door rollers broken and could not close door. Hot water only warm and took forever to warm up. TV remote batteries flat. Not a seperate bedroon from couch.
