L’appartement est spacieux et il y a un grand jardin bien entretenu et une grande piscine conviviale dans la résidence. L’appartement a un accès direct sur la plage. Le supermarché est à proximité. 3 climes très silencieuses sont dans les 3 pièces où on peut dormir. Lorsqu’on a signalé un problème de ballon d’eau chaude un technicien est venu très rapidement et il a pu fixer le problème. Grand merci à lui.

La cuisine n’est pas suffisamment équipée et rien n’est fourni comme par exemple : tablettes lave vaisselle, produit lave linge, sac poubelle, papier toilette, sel, huile, sucre, café, bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée etc.) il faut tout acheter une fois sur place. Le prix payé pour cet appartement pour 1 semaine était trop élevé par rapport à la prestation attendue. La plage n’est pas exceptionnelle non plus.

The pool and the very efficient owner

Not Child friendly , even though a lift to the 3rd floor still had 11/12 steps to navigate with buggies not easy… air con not in full working order , check in and check out experience not very good no info , 4 adults would struggle as not enough seating and very small balcony

The view from lounge/ balcony & the location. The apartment had most things for self catering . Also the hosts were very helpful.

The terrace / balcony was noisy , it’s too near the busy road and you can really hear the traffic . Also the position means you do not get much sun . ( just a little first thing in the morning )

The location had immediate access to the beach. Liked the layout and size of the apartment. Bonus a plus especially with glass that could be opened to get the wind or closed to lesson the noise from the main road.

We used the directions from the property to get to the property and then could not find it. Maybe it was because we copied the directions from the bookings site to waze? In any case don't be surprised if you need to call them. The response to our call was prompt and helpful.

Lovely size apartment with gorgeous view(bloque 1, room 3c) although it’s 2 bedroom, would not be able to seat 4 people on balcony/sofa area . Having said that, was brilliant for us. Can walk straight from pool to the sea. Super location, fab restaurants by Macdonald Doña Lola, 10 min walk. Argentinian steak house superb as was La Lucera right by lubina del sol. Unfortunately pool was closed(drought?) which we did not know about. However, property were extremely helpful with our issue and immediately offered a part refund, confirmed by Booking.com. Would DEFINITELY stay again when pool is open

Small balcony for 4 people and sofa area

The apartment was in an exceptional location, near the main road (though any road noise was barely noticeable), just a few steps away from the Senda Litoral (coastal path boardwalk) and with amazing sea views from the balcony. The enormous bed was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There is a Supercor and a few shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away along a safe path under the main road, and a lovely beach just a few minutes walk through the apartments' gardens. La Cala is a delightful 40 minute walk along the boardwalk. The best thing of all though was how well we were looked after by Susana. We did have a small issue but she went way above and beyond to sort it out for us and I would not hesitate to book with the company again. In fact, we are already planning another trip and Susana will definitely be our first choice of host.
