L'appartement se situe dans une partie calme où les nuisances sonores des avions ne sont pas trop dérangeantes. La piscine est bien entretenue. Playa Honda est une belle destination centrale par rapport aux excursions dans l'île.

Nous avons reçu un lien pour communiquer avec la firme qui loue l'appartement et je suis un peu déçu du manque de communication. Pour ce qui était des indications pour l'entrée, codes etc.. pas de problème par contre ayant rencontré un problème avec le lit, le numéro communiqué était indisponible, aucune réponse aux messages envoyés! Après en avoir averti me service Client Booking qui lui aussi n'a reçu aucune réponse des messages : Booking m'a envoyé un autre numéro de téléphone et cette fois, une personne m'a contacté et a résolu le problème rapidement. J'ai quand même dû dormir une nuit dans le canapé ? De plus la poubelle n'était pas vidée et dans lessiveuse il restait une chaussette! Un peu plus de sérieux serait le bienvenu surtout au prix de l'appartement. Si une petite compensation du propriétaire pouvait être accordée comme l'a demandé booking, cela serait sympathique. Merci

Easy check in with a key box and code, secure apartment inside a nice pool complex. We had a late checkout which we paid extra for and was appreciated. It’s a short walk to the beach at the end of the road. Really loved Playa honda too.

Strange smell on the terrace, potentially from the mops or the fake grass, it did go away after a few days. The outside is small, so be aware but you have access to sun loungers and a pool right in front. Overall it was good I can’t complain.

Location but Apartment 16 was very basic and dark with poor cheap furniture , mismatched cracked jumble sale crockery and broken cracked shelves in fridge. Patio was tiny could barley seat two people with cheap plastic chairs. We were charged the same price as far better one bedroom apartments in the complex .

See above we complained on day one as we couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the property - thought there had been a mistake. We also emailed booking. com twice but got no reply- very bad value for money and very dissatisfied.

The apartment was ok and the shower was great. The sofa and the bed were not very comfy and different to the photos. They had put a small portable oven in for us which was appreciated. If we were to go back we would pick a different apartment as this was in the corner and felt a bit overlooked by number 1. It also had the smallest terrace there which would only fit a small table and 2 chairs. Thankfully the pool area with the sunbeds was really nice and always quiet and we spent 4 weeks by the pool (which was so cold) with gorgeous weather.
