"It was nice for a few days. The street noise is relentless so couldn't really have the patio windows open at night."

Nice sized apartment in a good location with easy access to the neighbourhood.

The Kitchen is understocked. We couldn't imagine cooking anything there.

Apartment was great amazing location

What I didn’t like was that I had to be pay outside of booking.com an additional insurance fee to the owner and was told I would be reimbursed but due to complications and not being a Mexican citizen wasn’t able to. was not a huge loss but still very inconvenient and annoying to deal with. Should not be this complicated and going further should be added to the cost on the app/website

"Great location but the traffic noise ruined our stay."

Location in Polanco is great. Check in was easy and management responsive. Cute decor. Has washer/dryer Has nice city views

The unit sits directly on a super busy road with 8 lanes of traffic and the traffic noise is insanely loud. We could not even hear the tv with the volume turned up all the way with all of the windows closed. Ear plugs do not help. The noise is constant 24/7 even when trying to sleep. Unit gets very hot because you can’t open windows because of how loud it is. There is no AC and one fan but unit needs one for each room. Several maintenance issues that we already addressed with the management. Hopefully they will fix those items.

Great big apartment, very clean and spotless, we loved the Mexican decor and the views. Very spacious. Good coffee. Excellent location and safe building. Loved the pool.

Location is good! The building is quite safe and you have everything you need. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and gym are free access so you don’t have to book. My 4 year old enjoyed swimming and splashing around. Highly recommend. I’d stay here again.

I liked everything….. Since the building is located by a busy road it’s a little bit noisy but it’s not a big deal.
