Great property in brilliant location

En general todo.

The place was very spacious, clean, private, and overall beautiful. The location is right on the outskirts of the centro, so you get to experience the touristy things along with the more local things in the neighborhood right behind the building. There is tons of food and shopping within walking distance, any direction you walk.

It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. The chairs at the table are cracked and will pinch you if you are wearing shorts There is no microwave in the kitchen The doors are extremely hard to open with the keys provided. There isn't a way out without taking the keys if the guard is off. We left on a Sunday, the guard was off, the super wasn't available, and luckily, someone exiting, let us out.

spacious, better than a hotel room.

the area was a little creepy at night, but it has police officers through the avenue.

no instructions how to get into flat, the owner answered only after 3rd call:/

The location is very central but also very quiet (which for us is very important). Kitchen is available so you can make your own breakfast ( lunch / dinner too). We entered a bit later then the official hours but that was no problem.

The appartment is on the 5th floor, but that is good for the leg muscles. A water cooker in the kitchen would be nice.
