Liked the fact that everything is close by. Safe and secure parking. Unit is well equipped.

The reception staff are rude. They need to be more helpful and friendly. It would be great to have at least 1 towel change. It's hard to dry wet towels that have been used for many days(bad weather). Unit needs to have more cutlery and have more dishcloths and swobs. Had to call the owner to request staff to bring through dishcloths.

The bed was too hard Toiletries were for only 1 day, 2nd day there was no soap Only 1 toilet paper and not of good quality No iron and ironing board No swabs and dishwashing liquid
